Items shipped with EMS will receive a tracking number and be registered for insurance, should there be an issue during shipment. Returns & exchange
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, please contact our customer service. If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. We will assess each case individually.
